During the program, I’ve been able to develop a business that I think I will grow to my liking, and that will have a lot of potential over time to be successful.

Reduce a young person’s risk of experiencing violence and justice system involvement.

Join Our Board
The Niche Clinic seeks professionals at all stages of their careers who are passionate about financial literacy, youth development, and confronting the school-to-prison pipeline. We do not discriminate based on age, race, socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristics.
Monthly Commitment
The Board meets virtually at least once per month, typically on Saturday mornings. One in-person meeting per year is required by our bylaws.
Time Commitment
About 5 hours per month including committee work. Additional meetings may be required based on assignments.
Location
We are particularly interested in Directors with a deep connection to Philadelphia, but city residency is not required.

Providing 3-month internship experiences for one or more youth at your business site (minimum of 10 hours per youth per week)
Checking in weekly with TNC staff to provide brief status updates on each intern
Providing feedback to interns via a brief performance rubric
Successful interns may be considered for temporary or permanent positions after their internship experience concludes
